In the description please specify:
- If the issue you are encountering is server-related or agent.
- If agent-related, specify how many agents and if the issue is specific to a particular OS or configuration
Compress (ZIP format) and upload any screenshots, event logs or troubleshooter log files and attach using the link at the bottom of the form.
